Remco Evenepoel won stage 4 of the Critérium du Dauphiné with a record time in the 17.4km individual time trial, taking the overall race lead and the yellow jersey from Iván Romeo, while gaining on main rivals Jonas Vingegaard and Tadej Pogačar.
