Seahawks Center Connor Williams Retires Mid-Season at 27
Seattle Seahawks starting center Connor Williams has announced his retirement after nine games with the team, citing personal reasons. Coach Mike Macdonald confirmed the decision, stating that second-year player Olu Oluwatimi will replace Williams as the starting center against the 49ers. Williams, who previously played for Dallas and Miami, signed with Seattle in August after recovering from an ACL injury. Despite his retirement, the Seahawks are preparing for the return of key players like DK Metcalf and Abe Lucas for their upcoming game.
