Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings announces retirement of president and new CEO succession plan.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings president and CEO Frank Del Rio will retire on June 30 after a three-decade career in the cruise industry. Harry Sommer, president and CEO of the company's namesake brand, Norwegian Cruise Line, will take his place. Del Rio will continue to serve as a senior advisor to the board through 2025.
