Phoenix Police Investigate Multiple Fatal Incidents in Northwest and West Phoenix.
A man was stabbed to death near an ATM in northwest Phoenix late Sunday night. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died. The police have not yet identified any suspects.
