New Costco Business Center to Open in Southfield's Former Northland Site.
Costco is set to open its first business center in Michigan at the former Northland Center site in Southfield. The 160,000-square-foot warehouse will offer products in greater quantities and will not include a bakery or pharmacy. The warehouse will be a key component of the Northland City Center project, which is expected to include office, retail, multi-family, and medical space. The first phase of the project is set to be completed in 2026.
