Paramount Plus has ordered a new Star Trek series, Starfleet Academy, which will follow a new class of cadets as they come of age in one of the most legendary places in the galaxy. Executive produced by Alex Kurtzman and Noga Landau, the series will start production in 2024 and is expected to be a hit among fans of the franchise.
