M3 Touring 24H: From April Fools’ Joke to Nürburgring SPX Contender
BMW has turned an April Fools’ joke into a real race car: the M3 Touring 24H, based on the M4 GT3 EVO, will compete in the SPX class at the Nürburgring 24 after an eight-month build. It debuts in this weekend’s NLS2 and will also attempt the Nürburgring 24 qualifiers, with factory drivers Jens Klingmann, Ugo de Wilde, Connor De Phillippi and Neil Verhagen aiming for a top result.
