Super Mario RPG Character Designer Kurashima Kazuhiro confirmed that the boss Valentina's parrot-like hat was indeed a reference to Squawks from the Donkey Kong Country series. He also commented on a change to Valentina's design in the upcoming remake, which fixes a mistake in the original game's Japanese name. Fans are excited to see what other secrets from the original game will be uncovered in the remake.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 coming to Nintendo Switch and Xbox in October.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1, an enhanced bundle of classic Metal Gear games, is headed to Switch on October 24. The package includes HD remasters of Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, as well as Metal Gear, Snake’s Revenge, and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. Bonus content includes strategy guides, digital graphic novels, screenplay and master books, and a digital soundtrack. The collection will also be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

"New Characters and Course Added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC Wave 5"

Wave 5 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass DLC will include a new course called Squeaky Clean Sprint and three new characters: Petey Piranha, Wiggler, and Kamek. Seven more courses will also be added. The DLC will be available this summer and can be purchased for $25 or is included in the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription plan.
