BMW Wireless Charging in iPhone 15 Causes Device Damage and Overheating
Some iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max users have reported that using the wireless charging pad in BMW cars can cause the NFC chip on their phone to break, rendering the phone unusable. This issue prevents users from utilizing Apple Pay, Apple Wallet, and using their phone as a digital car key. BMW and Apple are currently investigating the problem.
