Ubisoft's Q1 results drop, but plans 10 game releases by April 2024
Ubisoft's Q1 results show a 9% decrease in net sales compared to the previous year, but the company exceeded its targets. Net bookings were down 8% overall, but Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege performed well with strong net bookings and daily active users. The company also held beta tests for its upcoming free-to-play titles and saw a 64% increase in live viewership during its Ubisoft Forward Event. Ubisoft's board has proposed the nomination of Katherine Hays and Olfa Zorgati as independent directors. The company projects to earn €350 million in net bookings for Q2.
