"Violent Shootout Erupts at Chicago Walgreens, Leaving 2 Men Injured"
Two men were injured, one critically, after a shootout inside a Walgreens store in Chicago's Near North Side. The incident occurred when a known offender entered the store and got into an altercation with a 26-year-old employee. Both individuals exchanged gunfire, resulting in the employee suffering a graze wound to the chest and the offender self-transporting to the hospital in critical condition with gunshot wounds to the chest, head, and abdomen. The incident is currently under investigation by Area Three detectives.
