Aonic Acquires nDreams for $110 Million in Landmark Deal
nDreams, a prominent developer of VR games including titles for PSVR2, has been acquired by Aonic for approximately $110 million. Aonic, a diversified video gaming group, previously held a minority stake in nDreams. The acquisition will enable nDreams to invest in third-party publishing and potentially acquire more studios. nDreams CEO, Patrick O'Luanaigh, expressed confidence in the partnership and sees it as an opportunity to strengthen their position in the VR and mixed reality market.
