"Shadow of the Ninja Remake Coming to Consoles and PC in 2024"
Natsume's 1990 NES side-scrolling action game, Shadow of the Ninja, is getting a remake called KAGE Shadow of the Ninja, set to launch in Spring 2024 on the Nintendo Switch and other platforms. Developed by Tengo Project and published by Natsume Atari, the game will feature two-player ninja action and 16-bit pixel art graphics reminiscent of the original. Key visuals and character illustrations are being done by Dynamic Production, and the music will be composed by Iku Mizutani. The game will be playable at the Tokyo Game Show in September.
