"Fans Decide: Which 'Forgotten' Toy Will Join the Upstate NY Toy Hall of Fame?"

In celebration of its 25th anniversary, the Toy Hall of Fame is giving fans the power to choose one of the finalists, while three other toys will be selected through the usual process.
