Despite encountering a propulsion anomaly and significant propellant leak, Astrobotic's Peregrine moon lander has successfully powered up its lunar payloads and established connections to ground teams using NASA's Deep Space Network. The lander's 12th mission update revealed that all 10 payloads requiring power have received it, and the teams are analyzing the impact of this development. The next CLPS launch is planned for mid-February with the Nova-C lander built by Intuitive Machines.
