The Tennessee Titans have placed second-round tenders on restricted free agents Teair Tart and Aaron Brewer, and a tender on exclusive rights free agent Naquan Jones. The tenders allow the Titans to match any offer sheet Tart or Brewer might sign with another team, while Jones is eligible for a one-year contract. Tart and Brewer both joined the Titans as undrafted free agents and played significant roles on the team last season.
