Dave the Diver Studio Unveils Unexpectedly Dark Zombie PvPvE Simulation Game
Nakwon: Last Paradise, the next game from the creators of Dave the Diver, is a grim third-person zombie survival adventure with a focus on stealth. Set in Seoul, South Korea, players scavenge for resources during the day while avoiding hordes of zombies, and can choose to rest and eat to preserve food reserves. The game explores themes of overpopulation and the cost of living, with players selling their loot to pay rent and raise their Citizen Grade. The undead in Nakwon are "undefeatable," requiring players to knock them out temporarily, and other players can be both allies and enemies as they compete for limited resources. Development began in December 2022, with a pre-alpha test planned for this year.
