PlayStation has confirmed the first free download for April 2024, with My Hero Academia Season 1 becoming available on Sony Pictures Core to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe members starting April 1. Additionally, select series from Crunchyroll will be available to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe members in additional regions. The full list of games for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers in March has also been announced, featuring titles such as NBA 2K24, Marvel's Midnight Suns, Resident Evil 3, and more.

The first trailer for My Hero Academia Season 7 has been revealed, with a premiere date set for May 4, 2024. Prior to the premiere, a four-episode Memories series will air from April 6 to April 27. Studio BONES is animating the series, with Kenji Nagasaki as the chief director and Naomi Nakayama as the director. The franchise is also preparing to release a new movie set in a destroyed society. My Hero Academia is based on a manga series by Kohei Horikoshi and follows the story of Izuku, a boy without superpowers who enrolls in a prestigious hero academy.

My Hero Ultra Rumble, the upcoming free-to-play battle royale game based on My Hero Academia, is holding an open beta from May 25 to June 1 on PlayStation 4. The game features 24 player matches divided into eight teams of three, with players selecting their favorite heroes and villains from the franchise and taking advantage of their various unique abilities. The beta is only for PlayStation 4, but the game is planned for release on Xbox, Switch, and PC.
