Cleanup efforts have begun in Atlanta's Piedmont Park following the three-day music festival, Music Midtown. Despite heavy rain causing muddy conditions, music lovers still enjoyed performances by Pink, Pitbull, and Billie Eilish. The park's lawn suffered damage, and certain areas may be closed for turf repairs. The Piedmont Park Conservancy will collaborate with the city and event organizers to restore the greenspace. Organizers have committed to maintaining and improving the park, including irrigation and drainage systems. Cleanup work will be done in partnership with the Department of Parks and Recreation, and a restoration plan meeting is scheduled for Thursday.
