OL Groupe and Washington Spirit Owner Form Global Women's Football Group
OL Groupe, Eagle Football Holdings, and Michele Kang have signed an agreement to create a global multi-team women's football organization, with Kang becoming the majority owner and CEO of the newly formed company. The new entity will be the first ever woman-owned, women-led multi-club football organization and will look to acquire additional clubs in other countries in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Each club will retain its own established identity, and significant resources will be devoted centrally to developing capabilities that will be shared across all teams.
