WhatsApp introduces multi-device account feature.
WhatsApp will allow users to connect multiple phones and other devices to the same account, expanding on last year's multi-device messaging feature. Each device will independently connect to WhatsApp ensuring the private messages, media, and calls are end-to-end encrypted. The update will also allow business owners to give additional employees access to their WhatsApp business accounts. The feature has already been rolled out to some users globally and will be available to all users in the coming weeks.
