Tragic Murder-Suicide Shocks Westchester Community
Dr. Krystal Cascetta, a renowned Hematology-Oncology specialist at Mt. Sinai, and her baby were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide at their home in Westchester. Police believe Cascetta shot and killed her child before taking her own life.
