Corsair Unveils MP700 Pro SSDs with Impressive Cooling Options

Corsair has released the MP700 Pro-series solid-state drives, featuring a PCIe 5.0 x4 interface and sequential read speeds of up to 12.4 GB/s. The high-end drives offer three cooling options, including active air cooling, liquid cooling, and a waterblock for custom-built liquid cooling. With faster NAND memory, the MP700 Pro drives provide increased performance compared to their predecessors, with higher sequential read and write speeds and comparable random read and write speeds to enterprise-grade SSDs. The drives are currently available in 1 TB and 2 TB configurations, with 4 TB versions coming in the future.

CORSAIR has unveiled the MP700 PRO, its latest PCIe Gen5 M.2 SSD with exceptional performance, including sequential read speeds of 12,400MB/sec and write speeds of 11,800MB/sec. It also offers high random read and write performance, backward compatibility with PCIe 4.0 motherboards, and native support for Microsoft DirectStorage. The SSD comes in capacities up to 4TB and offers advanced cooling options, including a pre-assembled air cooler or a water block for custom cooling loops. It is supported by the CORSAIR SSD Toolbox software and comes with a five-year warranty. The 1TB and 2TB versions are currently available, with the 4TB version coming later this winter.
