Barack and Michelle Obama, along with Steven Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw, visited the Montserrat monastery in Catalonia, Spain, the day after attending a Bruce Springsteen concert. The former president and first lady shook hands with tourists and admired the Black Madonna statue inside the monastery. The group has been exploring Barcelona, visiting cultural sites such as the Sagrada Familia Basilica and the Picasso Museum, and dining at highly-rated restaurants. Michelle Obama surprised fans by going on stage with Springsteen's wife and bandmate during the concert.
