Monte Pottebaum, Former Hawkeye and Steelers Rookie Fullback, Retires from NFL
Former Iowa fullback Monte Pottebaum has retired from the NFL after signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent. He was placed on the reserve/retired list, but the team retains his rights if he decides to return.
