Windows 11 Moment 4 update, set to be released on September 26, 2023, can be installed before or after the official release. Users can enroll in the Windows Insider Program to access the update early or wait for it to become available in the Stable Channel. The update will also be automatically installed for all Windows 11 users on October 10, 2023. Microsoft will provide updated Windows 11 images for clean installations at a later date.
