SK hynix Introduces High-Speed LPDDR5T Mobile DRAM for Chinese Smartphone Market
SK hynix has announced the commercialization of its LPDDR5T mobile DRAM, the fastest available today with a transfer speed of 9.6 Gbps. The company has started supplying 16 GB packages of LPDDR5T to global smartphone makers, including Vivo, which will equip its latest smartphones with SK hynix's memory packages. The LPDDR5T operates at an ultra-low voltage range and can process 77 GB of data per second, equivalent to transferring 15 full high-definition movies in one second. This development aims to maximize smartphone performance and meet the growing demand for high-performing mobile DRAMs in the market.
