Wrexham, who were promoted from the National League, have the toughest schedule to start their League Two campaign, with their opening game against controversial rivals MK Dons, according to The Athletic's ranking system. Three of their first five games are against teams ranked in the top 10, but three of the five are also at home. Meanwhile, Notts County, who were also promoted from the National League, have an easier start to their League Two campaign, with their opening five fixtures ranked lower than Wrexham's.
