Wade Robson's Molestation Allegations Against Michael Jackson Headed to Trial.
The California Court of Appeal has cleared the way for choreographer Wade Robson to make his case against Michael Jackson's corporation, MJJ Productions, Inc., alleging that Jackson molested him at the Neverland Ranch when he was between the ages of 7 and 14. The case will be sent back down for trial, and another man, James Safechuck, who filed a similar lawsuit against MJJ Productions, will also have his day in court. Jackson's company lawyers argued that the company had no legal duty to protect Robson or anyone else from MJ because it had no ability to control him.
