A 54-year-old man from San Clemente, identified as Daniel Patrick Lenihan, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs after he allegedly jumped a curb and struck a family of three in Orange County. The incident resulted in the death of an 11-month-old infant and major injuries to the two adults. The family was walking on the sidewalk with their son in a stroller when the suspect's car left the road and drove for several hundred feet on the sidewalk before colliding with them.
