Security footage finds no battery charge for Marcus Freeman in Mishawaka incident
Mishawaka police released security video from the Jan. 3 wrestling event showing a confrontation between Notre Dame coach Marcus Freeman and Chris Fleeger. Prosecutors concluded no criminal battery occurred and Freeman will not be charged, with Notre Dame defending Freeman as having intervened to protect his son.
