The ticket was sold in the small town of Baker, San Bernardino County. Meanwhile, a player in Michigan won the fifth-largest Powerball jackpot of $842.4 million, with a cash value of $425.2 million before taxes. Powerball is available in 45 states, as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
