Arrest made after human remains found in tote near Mille Lacs Lake.

Bradley Allen Weyaus Jr. has been charged with intentional second-degree murder, fleeing police in a motor vehicle, and two counts of interfering with a dead body or scene of death. The charges are related to a Mille Lacs County homicide investigation where human remains were found inside a tote bin along the shoreline of Mille Lacs Lake. Weyaus was arrested on Tuesday and had been seen several times in the area with a white Saturn and an unusually heavy storage container bound with bungee cords and industrial tape. If convicted, the murder charge carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.
