Fatal Shooting in Midfield Leaves One Dead and One Detained
One man was killed and another was detained for questioning in an early-morning shooting in Midfield, Alabama. Deputies responded to reports of a shooting during an argument and found a 38-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. The suspect, a 57-year-old man, was located and taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing, and charges have not yet been determined.
