Falcons Make Defensive Back Roster Moves Ahead of Week 7 Clash with Bucs
The Atlanta Falcons have released safety Jaylinn Hawkins from their roster and signed safety Micah Abernathy from the practice squad ahead of their Week 7 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Hawkins, who played in all six games this season, was mainly utilized on special teams. Abernathy, who spent 2023 on the practice squad, was elevated for the Falcons' Week 6 game and played on special teams. The Falcons also made additional moves, signing running back Jacob Saylors and safety Arnold Tarpley III to the practice squad.
