Samsung Galaxy Watch 5: New Temperature and Health Features Enabled
Samsung has enabled temperature tracking on its Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, which can now measure basal body temperature to determine whether the user is close to ovulating or starting their period. The feature is available through the Samsung Health app in the US, Korea, and select European countries and is intended for users 18 years and older. The service will not be useful for tracking ovulation if the user takes hormonal birth control or undergoes treatment that pauses ovulation.
