"Oregon House Advances Measure 110 Repeal to Address Addiction Crisis"
The group behind a voter initiative to reverse Measure 110, which decriminalized drug possession, has indicated they may drop their effort if House Bill 4002, aimed at achieving their goal, passes the Legislature and is signed by Gov. Tina Kotek.
