A video circulating on social media shows a Ukrainian T-72 tank backing over and crushing a friendly International M1224 MaxxPro armored vehicle. The cause of the incident is unclear, but it may have occurred near the front line in the southwestern Donetsk region. The MaxxPro is a mine-resistant vehicle designed to withstand blasts from IEDs and fire from rocket-propelled grenades. The US has supplied Ukraine with several hundred MaxxPro vehicles, and according to open-source intelligence, Kyiv's troops have seen 41 MaxxPro vehicles either destroyed, damaged, captured, or abandoned.
