TCL Introduces Paper-Like Display Technology in Budget Phones
TCL has introduced the NXTPAPER 40 and 40 5G smartphones, featuring screens with a matte-textured finish that prioritize eye comfort by reducing blue light output. The NXTPAPER 40 offers a larger 6.78-inch 1080p screen, 8GB of RAM, and 33W wired fast charging, while the 5G version has a 6.6-inch 720p screen, 6GB of RAM, and slower 15W charging. Both phones support a 3.5mm headphone jack and will be available in Europe this fall, with prices starting at €199 ($215). US availability details will be announced in early 2024.
