Connecticut State Rep. Robin Comey Suspended from Leadership Roles After DUI Charge and Rollover Crash
State Rep. Robin Comey has been removed from all committee and leadership assignments by the Speaker of the House after being charged with operating under the influence following a rollover crash in Hartford. Comey failed a field sobriety test and had a blood alcohol content of .1446 and .14. Her license was seized and she has been urged to focus on her health and wellbeing. Comey was elected in 2018 to represent the 102nd House District.
