Blur announces their first new album in eight years, The Ballad of Darren, set to release on July 21 via Parlophone. The band shared a brief summary of the record, and also released a new song, "The Narcissist." The album's artwork was done by photographer Martin Parr. Blur is set to play at Primavera Sound and will headline two Wembley Stadium shows in July.
