Despite having a crowded wide receiver room, the Denver Broncos traded up in the NFL draft to select Marvin Mims, adding to their already talented group of Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick, Courtland Sutton, KJ Hamler, and more. The team's high asking price for Jeudy and Sutton kept them on the roster, but the feasibility of cutting Sutton's salary cap hit will increase later in his contract.
