Dylan Harper's Career-High Leads Rutgers to OT Victory Over Notre Dame
Notre Dame's men's basketball team narrowly lost to Rutgers 84-85 in overtime at the Players Era Festival in Las Vegas. Despite losing key player Markus Burton to injury early in the game, the Irish fought hard, with Matt Allocco scoring a 24-point, 10-rebound double-double. Allocco forced overtime with a crucial three-pointer and scored nine points in 26 seconds during OT, but his final buzzer-beater attempt rimmed out. Notre Dame now holds a 4-2 record and will face No. 6 Houston next.
