The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office is investigating multiple reports of a man exposing himself in front of people's homes in the south Sacramento area. Detectives obtained Ring doorbell camera footage showing the man exposing and touching himself on the front porch of a house in Citrus Heights. The man has not been identified.
