Gwyneth Paltrow has partnered with Airbnb to list her guest house in Montecito, California, on the platform. The one-night stay for two guests will include guided meditation, a Goop-inspired meal, and access to the property's amenities, such as a pool and a wine room. Paltrow also offers to accommodate any urgent requirements guests may have. The booking opens on August 15th, and the stay will take place on September 9th.
Brough Lodge, a 200-year-old castle in Scotland, is up for sale for $37,000, but will cost nearly $15 million to renovate. The Brough Lodge Trust is seeking a philanthropic entrepreneur to turn the property into a luxury retreat with 24 double bedrooms. The castle is located on the remote island of Fetlar in Shetland, Scotland and includes folly towers, walled gardens, and a courtyard.
Actor Penn Badgley has listed his rustic four-bedroom retreat in West Shokan, upstate New York, for $1.7m.
