"Patriots Consider In-House Replacement for Offensive Coordinator Position"
The New England Patriots are set to interview former Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy for their offensive coordinator position, as Jerod Mayo continues his extensive search. Getsy, who was recently let go by the Bears, has also interviewed with the Las Vegas Raiders for the same role. With a background in coaching and a former quarterback himself, Getsy joins a list of reported candidates that includes Rams assistants Zac Robinson and Nick Caley, Texas’ QB coach Jerrod Johnson, Panthers’ offensive coordinator Thomas Brown, Lions passing game coordinator Tanner Engstrand, and 49ers tight ends coach Brian Fleury.
