Camila Osorio went from being the top seed in Roland Garros qualifying to losing in the final round and becoming a statistical longshot for the main draw. However, due to withdrawals and a lucky draw, she was able to secure a spot in the main draw as a lucky loser. Osorio went on to defeat Ana Bogdan in the first round and will face No.28 seed Elise Mertens in the second round.
