U.S. Open Cup Third Round matchups announced for 2023 season.
FC Cincinnati will host Louisville City FC in the Third Round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on April 26 at TQL Stadium. The event welcomes 18 MLS clubs, including FC Cincinnati, into the annual, single-elimination competition. FC Cincinnati will meet their old USL foes for the first time since the 2019 U.S. Open Cup Fourth Round, when the Orange and Blue defeated Louisville City FC 2-1 after extra time at Nippert Stadium.
