The Louisville Bats are expecting a call-up for top Cincinnati Reds prospect Elly De La Cruz any day now. De La Cruz's impressive performance has drawn in more fans to Triple-A ballparks, and his teammates and coaches are in awe of his abilities. Through 34 games with the Bats this year, De La Cruz has 11 home runs and 33 RBI, and could be called up to the Reds soon.

Reds' Senzel and Santillan head to Louisville for rehab.

Cincinnati Reds' outfielder Nick Senzel and right-handed reliever Tony Santillan have been sent to Triple-A Louisville Bats to begin a rehab assignment. Senzel broke his toe near the end of the 2022 season and underwent surgery in November, while Santillan suffered a back injury in June 2022. Both players are expected to spend at least 20 days on rehab assignments before a decision is made on their return to the Reds.
