Renowned New Orleans artist tragically murdered in LA Tech stabbing spree
Annie Richardson, a well-known artist with ties to New Orleans, was fatally stabbed in a random attack on the Louisiana Tech University campus. Richardson, who lived and studied in New Orleans, was remembered as a creative and compassionate artist who loved her family. The attacker, Jacoby Johnson, allegedly chased a male student before attacking four random women, including Richardson. The motive for the attack remains unknown. Johnson has been denied bond and faces charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
